GUIDELINES

Your Details

Name
This should be the name your account is in as printed on any of our invoices to you. Note that if you are a company, the first line of the address could show the contact name. In this case we would require the company name on the second line.

Login
This is your standard Sapphire Login name, the very same one you use to connect to our services.

Invoice Number
We need the invoice(s) you are paying for. Please enter them all on individual lines.

Telephone Number
This should be a telephone number we can contact you on should we have problems processing your payment.

In order to process this form you must fill in your Name and Telephone Number. If you do not have a Login name then an Invoice Number(s) is required. If you do not have any Invoice Number(s) then we need a Login name. You will not be allowed to proceed if you leave both your Login and Invoice Number(s) blank. If your Invoice Number(s) are blank we will allocate the payment to the oldest invoices.

Payment Details

In each line, choose the type of service you want to pay for and the quantity you are paying for. You do not have to fill in all five lines, only as many as you need to include all the services you want to pay for.

For example, to pay for three months of Full Dial-Up Access, select:

   Dial-Up Full Account -> Monthly £15.00      3   

If you want to pay for another service simply select it in the following line and keep going until you have included everything. If you only want to pay for the three months of Full Dial-Up Access just leave the remaining lines blank (as they are).

You will not be allowed to proceed if you leave all these lines blank, or fill in a Quantity without a Service. If you fill in a Service without a Quantity you will be advised that you have done so and that we will assume the Quantity to be '1'.

Next...

Clicking on the 'Next...' button is perfectly safe. It simply acts as a calculator and presents you with a new page showing everything you have selected along with all the totals. It also checks that you have entered everything we need and will inform you if you have left something out. This new page will also include instructions on how to proceed.

If you are not happy or have made a mistake you can come back to this page to re-enter the details as often as you want, or you can close your browser or browse elsewhere if you decide you do not want to proceed.
